問題描述**：
1. 衞生問題：房間地毯有明顯污漬，浴室角落發黴，玻璃門邊角全都是的，毛巾不僅有異味，而且是破破爛爛又確黑的那種，第一晚還可以用，後面的毛巾就越來越噁心了，有圖片為證！
2. 設施老舊：空調噪音大且製冷效果差，電視無法正常使用，浴室花灑漏水。
3. 服務態度差：前台辦理入住耗時，明確要求不要電梯口位置的房間，嘴巴答應的好，實際給的又是荻電梯口，又換的房間，也有第一次房間圖片！
4. 其他問題：凌晨走廊噪音不斷（客人吵鬧），隔音效果極差，影響睡眠。
溝通與解決：
- 向酒店反饋問題後，對方僅表示“會記錄”，但未提供任何補償或解決方案。
- 衹是加微，到今沒有回覆，更沒有給任何處理方案！
總結
女孩子出差，選擇這店主要為了安全，結果太令人失望了！住宿體驗遠低於預期，性價比極低。希望酒店重視衞生、設施維護和服務質量，避免其他客人踩雷。
